MSI Address and Phone
Client Contact Form
In our initial consultation:
- We listen and get to know you and your staffing needs
- We start to gather important information so we can find the best physician match for your practice. We want to understand your systems and processes; the physician qualifications needed; their role within your team; and their responsibilities.
Next:
- We start our search process. Our database of physician information allows us to quickly access the potential pool of candidates available and reach them with news of your needs.
- We'll start presenting our candidates' curriculum vitae.
- And, if needed, we adjust our presentation to make the perfect match.
Once a match is made, the contract and confirmation is next:
- Contract negotiations are a specialty of MSI. In most every circumstance, MSI presents your agreement to the physician candidate
- MSI also acts as an arbiter in the negotiations, reporting back to both sides the other party's wishes and intents.
- This is a critical component of our search services that further enhances a client's chances for landing their ideal candidate. Contracts can either make or break a deal, so it's imperative that both sides have ample opportunity to communicate on and work out the terms.
Closing
It is critical that both client and candidate are mindful of the other's needs and intentions, so as to make informed decisions in accepting or declining offers. MSI is very adept and tactfully and diplomatically closing both clients and candidates on making timely decisions. Both sides need to come to terms within days of the site-visit, not weeks as is the case with most ineffective recruiting efforts.
Post-Acceptance Management
A physician's decision to quit the present job, the spouse quit his/her job, uprooting of the family, selling the house, and shipment all belongings to another region of the state or the country in order to accept another position...it's traumatic to say the least. Imagine for yourself if you had to change your entire life and security as you know and redefine and rebuild your life elsewhere. It is not uncommon for physicians to experience "buyer's remorse" in the placement process, after having signed the contract. Therefore, it is critical that MSI do everything possible to keep constant, open lines of communication with the physician candidates to reassure and reinforce their decisions. A whirlwind of activity ensues, following the signature of the contract, and MSI stays with both the client and the candidate well beyond the candidate's first day on the new job. We continue to follow up with both parties for at least the first six months to guarantee everyone’s satisfaction
Relocation Assistance
MSI advises appropriately on all matters pertaining to relocation. MSI has partnered with a national relocation company, which happily works with our physician candidates, at no expense to them. Similarly, we will work with our client's relocation team as requested. MSI also advises candidates on related topics such as the dissolution of their current practice, real estate, and matters involving education for their children.
Post-Placement Follow Up
Our relationships with our clients and candidates last a lifetime. We were there in the beginning when MSI found the perfect candidate for the practice opportunity. And we will be there after the physician starts his/her new practice...well after. We routinely contact all placed physicians well into their new roles to make sure they are completely happy and satisfied. This is of huge benefit to clients, as we can relay physician sentiments of the new job, new colleagues, and the working environments.
And that's it. We get a qualified physician working, and providing great medicine for you and your patients. We handle all of the details for you and the physician.
We are committed to presenting a premium pool of highly qualified physicians and creating valuable relationships that work for your practice and your patients.
