A knowledgebase is an altogether different thing.
It considers real people with real careers, patient obligations, and goals. Building a knowledgebase requires an understanding of personalities, idiosyncrasies, environments, and conditions. What makes a good match? When has the job placement been most successful? When did we receive the most resounding feedback? What inspired a clinic to throw their Healthcare Staffing a going away party? What didn't work?It demands we go beyond accumulating data. We use our experience and insight to cultivate productive business partnerships.
Because we have worked one-on-one with so many physicians and clients, we have great awareness of work habits, practice styles, strengths, weaknesses, ideals, and expectations. We gather written evaluations from every physician and every client and we learn from them. We talk to our customers and really listen. We conduct interviews. We notice patterns and make observations. We gain insight into creating winning matches.
